Today is all that matters. Stop worrying about tomorrow. It’s not here yet. It might not come. It’s not guaranteed to you. If it comes, it’s a gift. But it’s no guarantee. What you do have is today. You have been given the gift of today.

Stop going over everything that happened yesterday. It’s over. Finished. Gone. Learn from your mistakes. Celebrate your victories. And then let’s focus on today.

All you need to focus on is being the best version of yourself today. I can’t tell you what that is. You need to decide. I have my own list of things that will lead to an amazing day today. One of those things is to write this for you. To remind you that what you do today matters. It’s all that matters.

Do it however you’d like. I list to make lists. That works for me. It helps me run my day. But just run your day. Stop with the excuses. Stop with the lies. Just run your day, as if it were your last day on earth. Do the things that make you happy. Do the things that challenge you. Be a great person. Get off the sidelines and start doing things for yourself that will allow you to lay your head down tonight and smile at the day you just had. You’re a winner. So let’s win today.

You might feel like absolute shit today. Do it anyway. Win the day. Run your day. No excuses. None. It might be your last day here.

Life can be so overwhelming sometimes. It can be chaos. So just focus on one day. Today. All I’m asking you to do is write down 5 things that you want to accomplish today. And get them done regardless of how you feel. And then tell me how you feel at the end of the day.

You can plan for tomorrow and learn from your past. But it’s the things you do today and every day, that will lead you to reach your greatest potential. But when you get overwhelmed, stressed and anxious, just remind yourself. Just focus on today and win the day. Nothing else matters.
