This isn’t just a book about fitness. It’s your invitation to let go of what weighs you down, fall in love with the process and finally live the life you were meant for.
By the end of this book, you will know everything you need to know about how to lose weight and how to finally keep it off. If you follow this system, you will get in the greatest shape of your life. And best of all, you will finally keep the weight off.
This book is for you.
This book is for anyone who wants to improve the way they look and feel. It will teach you exactly what you need to do to lose fat and get in the best shape of your life.
This book is for anyone currently on their fitness journey, who needs a little bit of inspiration and guidance to ensure they stay on the right path.
This book is for you, if you are in a perpetual state of losing weight and gaining it all back and more. This book will show you how to keep the weight off.
The main theme of this book is sustainability and enjoyment. We aren’t after perfection. We are going to find a plan and program that works for you. One that you can follow over many months and years. One that you enjoy. One that doesn’t involve doing things you loathe and eating foods you hate. You are going to be able to eat whatever foods you like.
This whole health and fitness game has become about pain, suffering and hate. We work out because we hate our bodies. We work out because we “have to”. We work out because we are told that pizza is bad. We work out to punish ourselves. It’s all become so negative.
We need to change all of that. It’s time to throw it all away and build something beautiful.
Let’s get one thing straight before we dive in.
Fitness should be about enhancing your life and making it more enjoyable, not less.
We have it the other way around. We’ve been told that we need to restrict, shame and suffer to get the body we want. It’s a complete lie. Let me show you a better way.
Fitness is about making your life better. It’s about doing activities that you enjoy. It’s about working out because you love your body, not because you hate it. It’s about eating the foods that you love and that will nourish you. It’s not about restriction. We will not restrict foods on this journey. Food is not a reward, a treat, a punishment or a vice. Food is just food. We are going to focus on eating mostly whole foods, while not restricting our other favorite foods. The ones that everyone tells you are so awful and bad. We are going to change our mindset around food.
On this journey together, we are also going to change the relationship with ourselves. We are going to start treating ourselves with respect and as a priority. We are going to take care of our body and mind. We are going to keep the promises we make to ourselves, so that we are better able to show up for the people we love. We are going to get fit and healthy, so that we can be here with our loved ones for as long as we possibly can. We are going to live a great life. We are going to win.
The book itself won’t accomplish any of these goals. Only you can. But you will discover an enjoyable way to get in the best shape of your life. You are going to learn some lessons along the way. You are going to fail and that’s okay. You will learn from your past, present and future mistakes.
It’s long past time that you finally get in the best shape of your life. I promise you. You will enjoy the journey. First, promise me that you will change your mindset from suffering, pain and self-hate, to love, enjoyment, and growth.
Fitness is meant to enhance your life. We’ve been looking at it all wrong. Join me in discovering the healthy, sustainable and enjoyable system that will get you in the greatest shape of your life. It’s time to lose the fat, keep it off and unlock a version of you that is begging to come out.
Lose it. Love it. Live it. Shall we?
