Health and fitness can be a tricky subject. It’s like navigating your way through a castle with a thousand locked doors. Just when you get through one door, you’re met with another locked door.
This book is a result of a two decade obsession with health and fitness. I love it. I’ve learned a lot along the way. I’m still learning. Still trying to navigate my way through that castle.
