I finished 75 Hard!

75 days. 150 workouts. 300 litres of water. 14 lbs lost. 12 books read.

  • No booze.
  • Follow a diet. No cheat meals. No junk. 
  • Two 45 min workouts a day. One must be outdoors. 
  • Read 10 pages of personal development.
  • Drink a gallon of water.       
  • Take a progress picture. 

5 Main Lessons I Learned:

1. Believe in yourself. You can do anything you put your mind to. Anything. I’ve never gone more than 30 days without a drink. This was my biggest test and I crushed it. 

2. Show up. Even when you have every excuse not to. 

3. Start early. Build momentum early in the day. Get your shit done, stack some wins and relax after. 

4. Have a “Day 1” mindset. Treat every day as if it’s day 1. Do this in your relationship. Do this at work. Don’t take anything for granted. Today is day 75 but for me it’s Day 1. Tomorrow is Day 1. 

5. You have time. If you don’t, make the time. Cut the shit out that doesn’t serve you.   

What’s Next?

To follow up 75 Hard, I plan on returning to a more balanced approach. 80/20 rule for nutrition. One workout a day. 45 minutes of reading. One gallon of water.

I am nearing the end of the first draft of my new book. I’ve been slowly working away on it every day, but have had very little time. I’m looking forward to having a bit more free time to finish it up.
